Jill Soghomonian was raised in Chicago, Illinois, and now calls Southwest Michigan home, where she lives with her husband and Daisy, their Cocker Spaniel rescue.
A proud mother of two grown children, her life and work have been shaped by years spent alongside both children and older adults. She previously taught preschool, where her days were filled with curiosity, creativity, and big hearts.
Today, she brings that same presence and attentiveness to her work at a Senior Community Center, where she is inspired daily by the stories and lived experiences of those around her.
When she’s not working or writing,
Jill can be found walking the beach, collecting driftwood, surrounding herself with flowers, music, keeping the local birds well-fed, and riding on the back of her husband's motorcycle.
